•  As an Aid in Emergency Situations

When accident, you need a handphone to call  an emergency service or a towing   service in case of a tire blowout while driving. Many new phones are also includes GPS location technology. This are allowing parents to pinpoint the location of their children. Or you can find out it when your handphone was lost or be stolen.

•  Connect with others

For those teenagers who are leaving home to study or work can make a voice call or video call with their family although they are in two different countries. We also can use the Short Message Service (SMS) through handphone. Just text and send to friends or family with a lower cost. Moreover, nowadays teenagers are using smart phone to online Facebook, MSN, WhatsApp to connect with friends or family.

•   Can study in anywhere, anytime

With the applications in smart phone, teenagers can online to searching information, online dictionary, online library, and so on. It is easy for them while they are waiting public transport or in free time.

Disadvantages

• Health problem

Teenagers nowadays were always sticks with their handphone no matter     sleeping, even taking a bath. This will influence their eye’s vision. In addition, they are not enough time to sleep, this will make them easy to get sick.

•  Become lazy

Teenagers are addict with their applications in smart phone. They online, play game, chit-chat, when they are in classroom, in home, or anywhere. This will make them lazy to do other things like assignment, study, homework, housework and lots. Moreover, now can order delivery food, online shopping just through internet, teenagers will become lazier.

Nowadays, everyone are using smart phone, laptop to online for searching information, booking the movie ticket, online shopping, order delivery food and so on. Everything was through internet.  The modern of technology maybe will make human become lazy and lazy. Just click few buttons, and then you can enjoy your meal, have a new dress, done your assignment. In the same time, your money also will fewer and fewer with clicking few buttons. 

Teenagers now are cannot raised his head when walking. Why? This is because all are busying to play their smart phone no matter when they are walking, studying, meeting, even sleeping. There have lots of applications that you can download to your smart phone. “WhatsApp”, “Facebook”, “YouTube”, “camera” , “music”, “video” and so on. In addition, you still can download games to play.

A type of presentation or document sharing information or message and comply with the established rules of professional standards and processes.  

There are 3 directions of formal communications

A communication starts from higher levels to the lower levels of the organization.

 

·        ★Upward communication

A communication starts from lower levels to the higher levels of the organization.

 

·       ★ Horizontal communication

A communication is between the departments as mean of coordinating theirs activities, for information exchange. It occurs across in same levels.

Informal communication channels

A type of information sharing especially used in with a friend or family member in an informal way and informal language which contains slang words. In a commercial environment, sometimes also referred to as informal communication grapevine may be observed to occur in the conversation, e-mail, text messaging and social networking between employees phone.

Communication is includes four elements, that are Sender, Message, Channel, Receiver.  Communication is means a sharing about some messages from an individual/organization to another individual/organization and the sender will get the feedback from the receiver.

Process of communication:

                                            

Sender will encode the message and then sends through the channel that he chooses to receiver. Receiver will decode the message and then replies to sender as a feedback.

Example: Sam (sender) invites Katrina (receiver) to attend his birthday party on this coming Saturday (message) with using the Short Message Service (channel). Katrina reply Sam through short message service (channel) also with the answer: yes. (Feedback)
